I'm going to be a big old cliché mess and say it's a tie between We ♥ Katamari and Okami. It's the styling of the games and their colors. Nice design makes me happy.
But really, any new game I get is the game that makes me really happy. The giddiness of opening up the game and firing it up, hoping that the purchase was justified...
