Maintaining Combo?
Or, this week's Three Things Make a Post
"Fandom" and "Father's Day" both start with F?
I wanted to spend the day playing some Soulcaibur, but running errands and my sister taking over the living room TV quashed that idea. Oh, well. I feel like writing Sorel Family fic, but I'd be a total hypocrite and ignore the canon of 4. (I'll take 3's with a grain of salt because Hilde is awesome.) Hypocrite since, you know, I don't pick and choose with the Compilation of FF7 and I've loved SC since the beginning.
ANYWAY.
My dad is a closet fan of the genres. He used to love The Green Hornet as a kid and now he's following Game of Thrones. Well, sort of. He (and I) is the "Let's marathon this" sort. I really wanted to follow the series like you're supposed to, watching on Sunday night every week and all. Oh, well. Boxed set it is. So the opening sequence of the show is a thing of beauty, and now someone's gone and done an 8-bit remix of the theme. I have been listening to it all day.

yohtan. Was rather meh, and I'm now waiting for the Deadpool movie that will be made sometime before the next ice age, in an alternate universe.
Battle Couple Royale
LIU BEI IS PRETTY WHEN HE ANGSTS. [/fujoshi] (ahem) Anyway. Playing Dynasty Warriors 7. I've always adored the series for its battle couples, and now that a few that I liked from previous games are back for 7, I'm happy. The changes from 3 - 5 were kind of jarring for me, but I'm used to them now, except for the movelists. BAW, I knew how to juggle so well in DW4!
