My brain jumps around. For my own sanity and the sanity of my readers (ha), I need to arrange and catalog the arcs I have. All arcs are arranged in rough in-universe chronological order, as are the stories within. Unless noted, these fics are hosted at mercverse.

There are unmarked spoilers for the above series in these fics. And, of course, stories that are later in the timeline spoil some events that happen earlier.

The Stage of History

The Stage of History encompasses any and all periods before Cloud gathers together his current group (Zack, Sephiroth, Vincent, Chaos, and eventually Avalanche). This is where the main crossover action is, though there are of course impacts on the modern day. It holds the most sway for The Successor of Fate arc, since I originally thought of the two as one overreaching thing.

The Successor of Fate -or- Blatant Advertisement for the Suikoden Series As is probably obvious from the title, The Successor of Fate mainly crosses over with Suikoden, and Suikoden III in particular. Nature abhors a vacuum, and with Sephiroth currently working with Cloud there needs to be some angsty science project in a trenchcoat that wants to destroy the world. Enter the Destroyers, who were originally to be some sort of rival mercenary group. I started writing this arc first. Open Sorcery -or- The One with the Metric Ton of OC's Everyone needs a cyberpunk-verse. Bits of it are going to be taken from tripoverhercats's Silence arc, since the ideas mesh with this arc's original intent: Dirge of Cerberus with mercverse rules.
